/// Oliver has performed around the world at the highest level.

His percussion ensemble O Duo were three-time featured artists in the BBC Proms Festival, concerto soloists in the BBC Symphony Orchestra’s 80th Birthday performance, and performed at Last Night of the Proms in Hyde Park to 50,000 people. They have broadcast on national television and radio several times, and have recorded two critically-acclaimed discs of percussion repertoire. Other notable performances include recitals in the Wigmore Hall, concerts with Plaid and Heritage Orchestra, and concertos with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra and Sinfonia Viva. They have worked with artists such as Benjamin Wallfisch, Nicola Benedetti, Colin Currie, Artur Pizarro, Sean Shibe, David Robertson and Martyn Brabbins.

Oliver’s individual highlights include performing in the London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony on stage with Dame Evelyn Glennie, and guesting on percussion one and marimba in the ensemble of Disney’s The Lion King UK tour in 2019-22. In addition, he has worked with many of the UK’s top ensembles including Hebrides Ensemble, London Sinfonietta, Britten Sinfonia, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra and Royal Scottish National Orchestra.
