I believe that every individual requires a unique approach to learning an instrument, and with over 25 years' experience working with students of all ages and abilities, I have developed a well-honed and flexible method of bringing the best out of each person and helping them find the right pathway toward fulfilling their musical potential.

I have been working with private students for 26 years and have held teaching positions at the Royal Welsh College of Music, Blackheath Conservatoire of Music, and the London Oratory School. Although I have had a busy and varied performing career, music education and teaching has always remained a priority, and I have kept space in my schedule for school concerts, group workshops and one to one lessons throughout this time. 

I am available for online students, but have also recently moved to Sydney and am building an in-person teaching practice here, whilst continuing to work on various performing and composing projects.
